Do I need to change my WMS?

No. Rabot runs alongside your WMS and syncs order data without touching your API or config.

What about my existing workflows?

Nothing changes for your packers. Rabot watches the station surface and captures data — your process stays the same.

Can I keep my existing shipping provider?

Yes. Ship lets you plug in EasyPost, ShipSidekick, TechShip, or any TMS and print labels at the station. Tracking updates are pushed back to ecommerce channels like Shopify automatically. No switching required.

Is there a contract?

What about data security?

SOC 2 compliant. AI runs on the edge at each station — only processed metadata and short replay clips leave the warehouse, never raw video. Faces are blurred automatically.
